Thinque Media announced today the new season of Wine Oh! TV will release on February 14, 2023. The brand new season will be founder and host Monique Soltani's first since losing her husband to Colon Cancer, the first as a single mom, and her first post-pandemic production.

"When Mark got sick, my show felt so small and when we lost Mark, we lost everything. Then Covid came and we lost community. I was drowning but I had our four year-old twins to save from sinking," remembers Soltani.

I rise again reborn with a new sense of purpose yet my intention remains the same. Life is meant to be shared. We come together around the table, life's most meaningful moments made with a meal. Human connection isn't just essential, it is everything, and as always, my through-line to connecting with the world is wine."

Wine Oh! TV invites audiences to join Soltani on her journey from trauma to triumph as she travels to wine regions around the world with the purpose of bringing people together by connecting through community and culture.

The new season of Wine Oh! TV debuts on Valentine's Day 2023 and made available to watch directly on wineoh.tv. The first episode features Umbria, Italy, the home of Saint Valentine, where he used a wine from the region to marry star-crossed lovers. Each additional new episode is set to be released throughout the winter and spring months and made available for audiences around the world to watch on wineoh.tv while distribution deals are in the works.

"As I think about Wine Oh! TV this season, the word joy always comes to mind," said Soltani. "After experiencing tremendous loss in my own life and learning to navigate a new normal with two small children, my focus now is to bring joy to the world. Wine Oh! TV is a family-friendly show you can turn on while you are making dinner and your children are running around the house or helping you in the kitchen. Wine is the through-line but at its heart it's about people, places, how we come together, and what connects us."

Every episode also answers three essential questions most asked by Wine Oh! TV's audience over the last decade: What is there to drink, what is there to do, and what is there to eat in each wine region. This season Wine Oh! TV shines the spotlight on smaller wine regions with Umbria, Walla Walla, Mendocino, Paso Robles, and Lodi taking center stage.

New this season, Wine Oh! TV brought on the best team in the business. The domestic episodes were shot by DuPont, Peabody, SPJ, Murrow, Scripts Howard, and Emmy award-winning Cinematographer Michael Horn and assisted by James Beard and Emmy award-winning journalist Mary Orlin. With power house Emmy award-winning Anaconda Street Productions making magic in the post production department. Wine Oh! TV is now shot in the half-hour format for legacy television and online distribution.

"I am so grateful to have found my way back after all I have been through and so thankful to all of you for seeing me through. We are all on a journey and I hope you will join me on mine as I travel to wine regions around the world with the purpose of bringing people together by breaking bread, opening a bottle, and connecting through culture," said Soltani.

Company Releases New CISO Toolkit in Support of Annual Event to Raise Awareness for Employees' Responsible Use of the Internet

CybeReady Highlights Five Ways to Navigate the Web Safely as Safer Internet Day Returns
CybeReady

CybeReady

CybeReady, provider of the world's fastest security awareness solution, today announced five effective ways to navigate the Web safely and released a new CISO Toolkit to help companies defend computer systems and networks against the ongoing deluge of cyberattacks. This guidance is released as Safer Internet Day arrives on Feb. 7 to make known these cyber challenges impacting both organizations and consumers.

While the precise number of cyberattacks on web users is difficult to determine, it is widely accepted that these attacks have risen in recent years. The increase can be attributed to many things, including the advancement of cybercriminals, the growth in connected devices, and the increasing dependence on the internet for both business and personal use. But these attacks are more often the result of employee actions or errors. These and other topics are the focus of Safer Internet Day, the annual reminder of this troublesome situation.

In alignment with Safer Internet Day, CybeReady's team of cybersecurity training experts is taking aim at the challenge of educating and inspiring employees to use technology and the internet in a responsible, secure, and safe way, with a focus on online privacy, cybersecurity, and digital citizenship. To address this, company experts are emphasizing critical actions and guidelines that can help protect against the diverse security threats present in today's world. These include:

  1. Pay close attention to emails containing links or files: Distractions can result in disaster, much like they can cause car accidents. Multitasking while reviewing emails increases the likelihood of falling for scams, such as clicking on harmful links or opening deceitful attachments.
  2. Approach links in text messages cautiously, and always verify the authenticity of the sender before clicking: Lack of information leads to poor judgment, just as missing an obscured road sign puts the driver and passengers at risk. Text messages are like a dark road, making it difficult for users to see important information like senders and link destinations.
  3. Faster isn't always better - slow down: Insufficient information can often result in bad judgment, similar to how an obscured road sign endangers the driver and passengers. Text messages are like navigating a dark road, making it challenging for users to perceive crucial details such as the sender and the destination of links.
  4. Use familiar devices and known networks when reading emails or shopping online: Just as narrow lanes and obstacles on the road can lead to accidents if not properly navigated, our surroundings can also limit us in our online activities. It's important to remain vigilant of potential hindrances while using the internet, such as checking emails on an unfamiliar device or connecting to a new Wi-Fi network.
  5. Exercise caution when receiving emails not written in your native language or from unfamiliar brands: Exploring a new location can be challenging and each place has its own peculiarities. Driving on unfamiliar roads requires increased attention. Likewise, opening emails in foreign languages or from unfamiliar sources can make a user more susceptible to scams as they may not easily identify suspicious content.

Underpinning all of these actions is the need to educate and train employees, as preventing these incidents in the workplace is of the utmost importance. Since cyber threats are continuously evolving, employees may not be aware of the latest tactics employed by hackers to breach company data and systems. Regular employee training on safe internet usage can keep them informed and cognizant of the latest threats and effective security measures, such as creating strong passwords, identifying phishing scams, recognizing suspicious websites, and detecting email anomalies.

"By providing actionable guidelines for employees on safe internet usage, we are not only keeping them informed and aware of the latest risks and best practices, but also fostering a culture of cybersecurity within the organization," said Eitan Fogel, CEO of CybeReady. "With the proper training, employees become more vigilant and likely to adopt safe practices, reducing the likelihood of cyberattacks on their workplace and mitigating the potential harm from a breach."

Willie's Grill & Icehouse officially opened its doors in Pflugerville, Texas, on Friday, Jan. 20. In a big-hearted move that underscores the definitively Texas brand's commitment to its communities, Willie's Pflugerville turned days one and two of its soft opening into two local fundraisers: On Jan. 20, proceeds went to the Pflugerville Police Department's nonprofit organization L.E.A.P., and on Jan. 21, cash raised went to Pflugerville Independent School District. Both organizations received checks for $1,500 each

The highly anticipated Pflugerville outpost is the 19th in the state for the Texas-based, Texas-grown Willie's, as well as the seventh location to feature an expansive full bar. The addition underscores Willie's reign as the region's top family-friendly haven, where a renowned scratch Texas kitchen and casual icehouse vibes offer wholesome fun for parents and kids.

At the Willie's Pflugerville ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce on Friday, January 20, local leaders, including members of the Pflugerville Chamber as well as uniformed and off-duty police officers, joined the celebration to accept the donations for their respective organizations. Willie's community outreach assumes a variety of forms. In addition to ongoing philanthropic efforts, Willie's presence in Pflugerville has also created more than 100 quality, local jobs. A job at Willie's has a bright future: Willie's actively promotes and hires from within, believing every position has the potential for long-term career growth.

"We are so happy to make our mark on Central Texas here in Pflugerville," said Greg Lippert, CEO of Willie's Restaurants. "We were welcomed in with open arms and we look forward to a continued partnership and becoming a part of the fabric of this incredible community."

Located at 19200 Colorado Sand Drive in Pflugerville, Willie's Pflugerville is defined by the same mouthwatering menus, sprawling open-air patio spaces, and genuine friendliness that have endeared the brand to families for almost three decades. Retractable glass garage doors facilitate easy movement between outdoors and Willie's colorfully decorated interior, rooted in vintage-inspired nods to the Texas icehouse tradition. Outside games, 18 massive flat-screen TVs, and ample seating beckon, providing plenty of room for relaxing, watching a game, and reconnecting with family over classic dishes always made from scratch, served with inspired craft cocktails, local brews, and more.

Popular dish 'Ainoseju' offers both the kabayaki and shirayaki eel in one dish.

Eel Restaurant Unakiku, a well-established restaurant in Nara Prefecture, will open its second location at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo on March 15, 2023. Just in time for cherry blossom season, the hotel will begin accepting reservations from March 6.

The restaurant's original location is in Kikusuiro, a revered ryotei (traditional Japanese restaurant), in Nara Prefecture. Opened in 1891, the venue has long been a favorite for many notable guests from Japan and abroad. In 2016, Kikusuiro opened Eel Restaurant Unakiku to bring exceptional, seasonal eel to more people.

Now, the renowned menu is coming to central Tokyo, providing guests the opportunity to taste the same recipes handed down for more than 130 years without having to travel to Nara. Guests can also dine while appreciating Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo's iconic Japanese garden, abundant with nature.

Diners can enjoy kabayaki, a dish where the eel is grilled slowly over charcoal and dipped in marinade. Shirayaki is another beloved grilled eel dish, using kombu sake and served with wasabi soy sauce or salt. One of the most popular menu items is 'Ainoseju,' which offers diners the opportunity to try both kabayaki and shirayaki eel.

The restaurant will also offer a menu item only available at its Tokyo location. Served in an iron pot, the Unagi Tetsunabe Mabushi can be enjoyed three ways and is designed to be shared in a group. The Tokyo location will also feature an exclusive, newly arranged eel course.

The restaurant will be open every day from 11:00-15:00 (last order) and 17:00- 21:00 (last order). More information can be found on their website: https://www.kikusuiro.com/unakiku-tokyo
