Matthew Kilmer, a C-130 system engineer from the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex System Program Office, Georgia, fastens a droplet sample card to the tail of a C-130J-30 Super Hercules aircraft at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, March 25, 2024, as the base fire department supplies water to the on-board electronic modular aerial spray system. The cards were placed to ensure the operability of the C-130J-30 using the 910th Airlift Wing’s unique spray system as the unit prepares to upgrade its C-130H Hercules fleet to J-30 models.
